This months challenge at Two Peas

This months challenge over at Two Peas is all about repetition.

The cards that they give as examples are super cute and very easy to make.

After watching the video I went ahead and took the format for my favorite

card this month, changed it up a bit to make it my own

and made a few.

This is an adorable card for anything.

The colours, patterns and themes can be changed up super easily to make them

for just about any holiday or occasion.

The Mariposa Matstack... my newfound love affair !

Okay, Literally one of the best matstacks that I have come across in quite some time!

The paper is absolutely nothing short of elegant

and super versatile.

It can be found at just about all of your local and large scrapbook stores for a reasonable price.

An AC MOORE or Michael's coupon makes the cost only around $5.00 and trust me its worth every penny.

Each design is accompanied by gold foil, subtle glitter and gorgeous vintage designs. This will definitely be

one of my go to matstacks!

Personally I can't get enough of this place! Its just chock FULL of everything you would want

for papers, embellishments etc !

They buy "older" inventory at a reduced price then slash the prices AGAIN by another 50% !!!

I always walk out of here with an arm (or trunk ) full!

The staff is friendly and reasonably knowledgeable and the location is clean and easy to fine (in the Wal-Mart plaza right on 98). I stopped by to take a peek at what they had gotten in since my last visit and was pleasantly surprised!

Monday Monday Funday...

There have been lots and lots of things going on lately...or nothing much at all ! Depending on how you look at it I suppose. I have had various oral surgeries in the past two weeks so I have been in a constant state of half repair. It has however gotten brutally painful in the past few days so it has put a damper on my productivity :(

Enough with that nonsense though! I got my fantastic prize in the mail from Scrapgrlz site, store and blog ! this weekend and was pleasantly surprised! There was far more than the pictures depicted when I had entered and it is all cute and useful. What surprises me even more is the fact that I won... I WON.... I've never won something for nothing before, and let me tell you... its quite exhilarating!
