I finally got the Uni Ball Signo white gel pen!!!

If you have been looking for this pen or any type of a white gel pen
this is the one!

I have seen this pen used on countless projects over at Two Peas and I have loved how it looks
for fake stitching and little hand drawn details.
I had a white paint pen that I got at first but it was just awful and wouldn't show up at all
on any of the papers that I used it on.
I got this pen over at Ebay for $5.00 including shipping, a bit steep for a pen but
trust me, you will not regret it. I have yet to use it on a project but tested it and am in lurve!!!

The Mariposa Matstack

Okay, Literally one of the best matstacks that I have come across in quite some time!
The paper is absolutely nothing short of elegant
and super versatile.

It can be found at just about all of your local and large scrapbook stores for a reasonable price.
An AC MOORE or Michael's coupon makes the cost only around $5.00 and trust me its worth every penny.
Each design is accompanied by gold foil, subtle glitter and gorgeous vintage designs. This will definitely be
one of my go to matstacks!

Click here for the DCWV site and a look at all of the pages in the Mariposa matstack!

Background detailed paper from the Mariposa matstack.
MS boarder punch
I just LOVE the detail it adds to this layout!

Ranger Stickles

I love, love, love my stickles! I have 1 to 2 bottles of every color and have them far too organized (If you ask me). I mainly just use mine for details on flowers, brads, on journal blocks etc. I have never done anything "big" with them because I am pretty sure that would be an epic failure and not how they were supposed to be used. I do love them though and am always finding new ways to use them for layouts, cards and other projects.
There are also another type of stickles called "distress stickles"
I have a bottle or two of these as they are not my favorite to work with. When using distress stickles you have to be working with a large(er) surface. They are not meant for small detailed spaces like the original stickles. One problem that I encountered with the distress stickles was that it was either all or nothing.
There is not middle ground with them when it comes to application. If squeezed slightly hard you will have a big stickle blob on your hands and nobody wants that!

Overall I give them a solid 5 out of 5 in my book! *****
They are just one of those things you gotta have a couple (or in my case a small army) of! I can't wait to see what they come out with next!
