I had a SUPER busy weekend and lots to show for it!
Friday night was fairly low key but had lots of work to do in the
E-cave!
I have been working like crazy on my Envelope mini-album and have come
to the conclusion
(with help from a few threads over at Two Peas)
that the style or "theme" of this mini-album
is a cross between Steampunk and my personal vintagey flavor.
I am SUPER excited with how its coming along and can not wait to share it with you guys!
It has been an immense amount of work however and I am about half way through
so it will be a few more days before the finished product is
up for you all to look at but I may squeeze in a little sneaky peak :)
Saturday I spent the day hanging around town grabbing lunch, and getting an awesome package
from my dearest friend containing my favorite childhood Drakes snack
Funny Bones... They don't sell them in Florida and I was SO happy when I opened the package!!!
Saturday night was the Football draft and the hubby dragged
me along although I wanted so badly to work on my mini-book!
Sunday was yet again another rainy day (why is this place called the Sunshine State again?)
so with not much else to do we went out grabbed lunch and poked around a few stores. I was absolutely delighted to find that one of my all time favorite beverages at Starbucks has returned!!!
The pumpkin spice latte....
*insert sound of bliss here*
If you have never had one I strongly recommend you change that pronto!
Somehow my husband managed to get me into Best Buy where (long story short)
after 2 years of denying him the satisfaction of purchasing an overly large 50" plasma flat screen TV
I GAVE IN!!!
( I still don't think I fully know what I have gotten myself into here )
